Steelers Training Camp Practice Tracker: Tracking post-practice interviews from Day 1

The Pittsburgh Steelers are back, and that means it’s time to get you, the loyal fan base, up to speed on what is happening at training camp practice!

The first tracker article from practice is getting bogged down due to the number of posts, so the end of practice along with all the post-practice information will be put here in order to give a better viewing experience.

First day of camp, so grain of salt. Rodgers and DK haven’t been on the same page a few times will little details in certain plays.

On how training camp can help, Aaron Rodgers noted that the Steelers practice at the hottest time of day, which is “interesting.” But he called it a stressor that can make teams better.

DK Metcalf and Aaron Rodgers are suitemates at Rooney Hall, they said. Metcalf said he heard a knock on his door when he came in and thought it was the front door. Turns out it was Rodgers knocking on the adjoining bathroom door.

Talked today with a few players who noted schematic changes on the Steelers' defense, including some new disguises on the back end. In terms of playing up front, there's a hope to add more blitz looks, with some movement from the edge rushers to matchup hunt.
